Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Brad attended Ursinus College in Philadelphia and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst before moving to Arizona in 1998. He and his wife Roxanne, a former teacher in the Scottsdale School District, have two children – Ellie & Danny and two beautiful Labradors, Bear & Bo. Brad’s parents both live in Arizona (Grayhawk & McCormick Ranch) and his sister lives in Washington, DC. We were referred to Brad from a friend of ours, who said Brad would take good care of us. Our family was moving from California to seek a better quality of life, but didn’t know anything about the hot Phoenix real estate market. We needed a realtor who understood the market dynamics, could guide a buyer through this crazy, insane market, and put us in position to land on a home that ticked all the boxes for our family.
Buying a house remotely is not the ideal situation. However, Brad was constantly reaching out, offering ideas, walking through scenarios, and advising us based on what he saw happening on a daily/weekly basis. More importantly, he set us up with a trusted broker in advance so when we found a home we wanted, we came to the table with a strong and compelling offer immediately. We trusted him 100% of the way and followed his advice (get a storage unit, spruce up the landscaping for curb appeal, etc) to put our home on the market. Small stuff generally speaking, but it made a difference! Brad was always there encouraging us. Very knowledgeable and open with comments and feedback. He, again, is truly phenomenal and has your best interest at heart.
